Event/Announcement Request

If you are a leader with an event coming up, please fill out this form to ensure we have all the necessary information related to your event.

Submission of this form is required by the Monday before the event will take place (latest).

If your event has specific artwork/branding, please email it to info@theriverchurchct.com at the time this form is submitted. Please keep in mind ministry budgets. Your event costs are deducted from your ministry budget.

Time and Location

These are subject to availability, which can be confirmed through the leadership calendar.

Please confirm availability of space via the Leadership Calendar.

Our largest room, the Multiplication Room, can hold approximately 50.

Please be advised not all events will be announced. Decision is subject to the discretion of the Communications Director/Pastor.

Choose YOUR specific ministry. If you are not sure, please touch base with Pastor George. Additionally, if it is a shared ministry event (representing two or more) than the costs will be split between ministry budgets.

Final decision to create a registration is subject to the discretion of the Communications Director/Pastor.

Please note: All ordering of supplies should go through your ministry account on Amazon.
